War Room is a free, real-time intelligence dashboard tracking the Iran-USA-Israel 2026 conflict. The entire application is a single HTML page — no login required, no account needed, no app to install. Open war-room.live in any browser and you have immediate access to verified operational data, live market feeds, interactive maps, and AI-powered analysis.
Built for analysts, journalists, traders, and anyone following the conflict, War Room aggregates data from verified sources including CENTCOM, Reuters, LSEG, Al Jazeera, and Washington Post. Every stat on the dashboard traces back to a named source. No unverified claims, no analyst speculation presented as fact.
The dashboard uses a military-style three-column grid designed for rapid information consumption.
The left column (260px) provides the conflict's key numbers at a glance: Iran confirmed dead (1,045+), US KIA (6, per CENTCOM), Israel dead (11), ships sunk (17+), and the current attack wave count. Below the stats sits the Hormuz Strait status box — showing the current state of the world's most critical oil chokepoint — and the Kahn Escalation Scale, a 44-rung ladder from "Ostensible Crisis" to "Insensate War" that places the conflict in its escalatory context.
The center column is the hero element: a chronological events log showing every verified development tagged by category — strikes (ATK), retaliation (REP), diplomacy (DIP), and intelligence (INT). Each entry links to its source. Above the log sits a collapsible mini-map built with Leaflet.js, showing strike targets as pulsing red circles, military bases as pentagons, and naval positions as triangles across the Persian Gulf region.
The right column (260px) tracks foreign exchange rates with a DXY gauge showing dollar strength in real time. Below that: curated live coverage links to major outlets, and key intelligence briefs summarizing the latest verified assessments.
Spanning the full width below the top bar, ten market cells track the financial instruments most sensitive to the conflict:
Prices flicker in real time to simulate live market feeds, with values anchored to the latest verified closing prices from LSEG and Bloomberg. VLCC supertanker rates — currently at a record $423K/day — are a unique inclusion that captures the conflict's direct impact on global shipping.
War Room includes an embedded AI analyst accessible via the floating robot button. Powered by Claude, the AI receives the full conflict context in its system prompt — every stat, every event, every market figure on the dashboard. Ask it about escalation scenarios, market impact projections, country positions, or historical parallels.
The AI does not hallucinate data. Its context is scoped strictly to verified information already on the dashboard. You supply your own API key (Anthropic, OpenRouter, Groq, or DeepSeek) — nothing is stored server-side.
Every element on the dashboard is available in eight languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, and Farsi. The language selector in the top bar switches all UI text instantly. Arabic and Farsi activate full right-to-left (RTL) layout, flipping the entire interface for native reading order.
Translations cover all static text, panel labels, intelligence briefs, and UI controls. The events log entries remain in English as they reference source material directly.
The dashboard defaults to dark mode — a military-grade aesthetic with deep navy backgrounds and high-contrast text optimized for extended monitoring sessions. A theme toggle in the top bar switches to light mode for daytime use or accessibility needs. The Leaflet map stays in dark mode (CartoCDN dark_matter tiles) regardless of theme, since light basemaps wash out the tactical markers.
Accessible via floating action buttons, five analytical panels provide structured intelligence frameworks:
